This product sits above the center dash panel not flush with it as pictures show. Still works great but depending on your phone could block some buttons on head unit.

It will fit but Does not and would not fit as pictured in the ad and with a little ingenuity I got it to fit tight

First, it didn’t come with the correct hardware to install. Only came with two bolts, but there are no threaded portions in the Jeep to bolt into. I had to buy new bolts and nuts/washers to install.Second, it mounts higher than any of the adds pictures show. Personally, I like it up higher to get out of the way of the radio, but nothing like the look advertised.Once bolted down with correct hardware, and some shims to match the contour of the attachment location, it’s great. Just plan on some extra work to get it right.Also, I’m not using the supplied phone holder. It’s very bulky. I’m using a Quadlock wireless charging mount that I attached to this bar.

Design looks solid. Problem is that the bar that goes across the front isn't welded flat to the mounts. As a result the bar sits unevenly across. Ok, fine, a minor issue....except that it also means that the where the mounts are screwed to the dashboard are uneven....and that the cover that's supposed to go over them won't fit.Literally, because they couldn't make two even welds this product goes from what could be the perfect solution to trash.

Not only did I receive a previously returned product as all packaging had been opened prior to arrival and was missing the installation hardware, the item can not be mounted as pictured. As stated by other reviews, it will sit much higher than as shown. Perhaps I am not able to figure it out as there were no instructions included either but clearly wouldn't work without carving a notch into the plastic for the metal frame to sit recessed into the trim. Quality of brace is also lacking as it is too wide and must be bent and formed to fit in the space as well. Did not work for a 2007 Jeep Wrangler X w/ Manual Trans.
