No more coughing All Day.
I've been using for 4 days. Put it on my air purifer filters. I can surely tell the difference. Haven't wore my mask but once. I've been dealing with this for at least 14 months. I can breath in my own apartment.

Pretty Impressive!
I must say that it collects a whole host of something on my A/C filter. I need to change my filter out more often because of Mold Magnet, but I'm ok with that, because it's cleaning the air. I will use this product again in the future for sure!

Fantastic product!
Love this product! Sprayed the furnace filters with it and I don't have to dust but maybe every other week rather than every other day. That in itself is a selling point. I have stopped using my room size air cleaners since this product does such a great job.

Freezes at exactly 32 degrees I'll bet.
I purchased six months ago, and being into humid weather thought I'd use it. First of all, one third of the contents were in the bottle, the balance evaporated. Impossible to get all of seal off the bottle. So I applied it to one dehumidifier filter and then found and used some clear plastic film to put over the neck and seal the bottle.there must be a better way, but I will report back if this stuff prevents mildew. If it does it's worth it. June 6, 2021.

Seems to actually work!
I had to "test" how well this works. I bought two 3M filters and ran one for two months, the second I sprayed and ran for 2 months. The Mold Magnet was noticeably dirtier.

Does what it says
Noticed a dramatic change in the dust volume in our house, I only need to dust weekly now instead of daily. I live in a high dust area.

Worth the price and really works.
This is my second purchase. I sprayed both sides of my two return filters and in 1 month they really needed to be replaced. I bought it again so early so I would have more than a year's worth.

Functionality
Can't say that's it a lot different then the other product I had been using. It appears to be doing what I expected.It seems to improve the collection factor

Clogs pleated furnace filters = reduces air flow.
Probably efficient, but Reduces air flow within a week of usage.
