BONNIER Animalium

Not just a kids book! In fact, NOT a kids book at all. I'm not saying kids wouldn't love this, but don't buy it expecting to not look at it yourself. The drawings are wonderful - it's an art book, not an animal book.*I love this book. It makes for a wonderful coffee table addition. I can't actually imagine a home in which it wouldn't suit, nor people who wouldn't like it. If you like animals, buy it. If you like art, buy it. If you like pretty colours, buy it. If you like all three, even better, buy one for each room of the house. ;)* not actually 100% true - Animals are in it. Perhaps it's both.

Beautiful book.Large book, larger then A4 format.It is thinner then I expected for 110 pages.Only downside is quality of paper. I have feeling it will rip easily when turning pages. But colour of paper is very eye pleasing.Illustrations are beautiful.This book is an excellent gift for a child of 5-10 years of age, or anyone who is especially interested in beautiful illustrations or animals.

Like Anitomicum this is suitable for adults or children. The illustrations are stunning and the book is really interesting and educational. Would recommend.

This a truly beautiful book - everyone who looks at it has admired it. It was bought as a gift for my niece for her birthday & apparently she was sufficiently impressed with it it went to bed with her - what more can I say.

Absolutely amazingly stunning book! We spotted it in a shop and thought the prints would be perfect framed on the wall of our hallway and stairs - but then we found the Animalium Poster Book and ordered both so we could have the posters to frame and the book for the shelf! There isn't loads of information in this book, I think the main appeal is the artwork. It's printed on lovely textured paper and feels like good quality.
