We've had these for several months now. I got them to replace our knives that were eight years old and could no longer hold an edge. I wanted some quality knives, but could not afford to spend top dollar on the "professional" quality knives. We have been very happy with these!! The handles are ergonomically correct and easy to hold. They're easy to sharpen to a nice edge, and then they hold the edge. I know you're not supposed to put knives in the dishwasher, but that's what I've been doing -- I live in reality! They come out of the dishwasher looking great. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

I'm really impressed with the quality of these knives given the price. The roll bag is a nice touch but every single knife comes razor sharp and ready for immediate use. Their weighted perfectly for long days of chopping, dicing and general kitchen prep work. I do wish the handle wasn't so slick. I always were nitrile gloves in the kitchen and this knife can be a bit "slippery" when used with gloves. I plan to try and find a glove that has some sort of "grip" that may assist with this. I'm very pleased with this purchase and these knives will forever be in my knife bag.

I worked food shows and this was a perfect set for that purpose. Travels well, stays sharp, packs easy and has everything you need for prep.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband, who does a significant amount of home cooking. He loves them! They look nice, and feel good in your hands. After several months of use, the blades are still razor sharp, and the carry case has held up perfectly. Great value for the price.

My husband has large hands, and I have small hands and the feel and weight of the knives works for both of us. These are nice quality knives, and a good value for your money.

Lo único que tienen de aleman es que pusieron Germany en la marca, pero entre a la página que está toda mal hecha, están en Texas y los hacen en China. Nos engañaron y caímos. Los mejores cuchillos son los alemanes y japoneses, hechos en esos países. Estos son solo un embuste. Muy enojado.
