What is the difference between this model and the G3 which we bought before and is not available?

From what I can tell: - G1 has 6 levels of resistance while the G3 has 8 levels. - G3 comes with a squat stand, which is super important if you want to be able to work your quads (thigh muscles) or calf muscles. I have done squats on just the wing bar and it puts a lot of stress on the knees. - G3 has dip bars, which are great for working triceps, shoulders and chest.

Can you add the weight bar and weights to this model?

Say will support three hundred pounds so if you weigh 200lbs you should be able to add 100 lbs if you weigh 160 lbs you should be able to add 140 lbs. if weight way 290 lbs you can safely add 10 lbs

Is the best apex total gym as good as the total gym that chuck norris advertisers ?

As each new version of the Total Gym emerges, there are minor “improvements” and/or refinements introduced. However, that doesn’t mean that the previous model becomes obsolete or less good than it was when it came out.
