Good product. I have used a boatload of L Theanine, i wouldn't say this particularly stands out from any but at the end of the day, it's a substance not a formulation, it is or isn't theanine and this is. It's good value and the lemon balm is nice.

I've tried a few L-Theanine supplements and these actually work and deliver on their promise. Taken before bed, they're a wonderful aid to a peaceful night's sleep too. Very effective.

I take one before sleep with magnesium.If I don't take it I have a deep sleep but I'll wake up in the middle if the night.If I do take it I'll have a continuous deep sleep throughout all night. This is my 3d bottle

I've tried another brand before and they were amazing. These ones don't help at all. I even took 2 capsules at once, nothing happened. They also smell like chemicals. Very disappointing
