I used these for sciatic pain. For me, it sometimes comes from my lower lumbar spine, sometimes from my the nerve getting tangled in my butt muscles, and sometimes both. First sticker I tried was in my back. Somehow it made the pain worse. I also felt a bit off physically, like sick to my stomach. It went away once I removed the patch. Second time I tried the back of my leg on the spot I get the most pain. It helped, but I still had pain in my buttocks, calf and foot. Third times the charm. I placed it on my butt cheek. It was the first time in a really long time I went a day without ibuprofen. Yay. The patch lasted me about 30 hours.

Good pain relief but wish material was less stiff. They don't roll up like most patches. Even though they stick better than most they still move around too much.

Received these yesterday. I was skeptical so I wasn’t expecting much. Put one on front of my left shoulder and one on back left shoulder. Normally my shoulders wake me up at night from pain. My left shoulder was pretty much “rebuilt” a few years back. These incredibly reduced the pain in my shoulders!!! Unreal.The only problem is they are not sweatproof. I just came back from a trail run and they started to come off. If they staid on I’d give 5 stars.

Did not work for me. They are very small, I guess I should have used the entire package to notice any benefit.

I've been fighting a frozen shoulder for the past year and it's by far, the worst pain I've ever dealt with. Every night, like torture. Nothing helped it. Nothing worked.... not opioids, not lidocaine, not cbd, not muscle relaxers.... nothing. And THEN, scrolling through Amazon desperate for relief in the early morning hours, while I couldn't sleep, I found these.These do not remove the pain completely, but it is by far waaay more manageable. I think they last longer than 48hrs, which is the duration listed on the package. The first round, I didn't think these were helping as much as they were, until I took them off. I ran out and as each day ticked by without them, the pain increased more and more. I had some on the way from Amazon, but couldn't wait, so I ordered more with faster shipping. Well worth it. Sleep is a necessity, and these make that possible.These are some sort of weird alien technology that works for nerve pain, and I'm all for it!!!Why aren't more people taking about these?!?! I have chronic hip pain from arthritis, that will radiate down my thigh, under my knee cap down my shin and under my ankle. After years of waiting I’m finally getting hip replacement in November, but until then the pain and continuous loss of range of motion just keep getting worse. Purchased these for myself, my hubby and my mom…we all have had spinal surgeries. My hubby is currently battling with the possibility of needing another neck surgery, and these patches help him! I had terrible sciatica last week, I put on 2 patches and the pain lessened enough I could finally rest. My mom had knee surgery in September that she still suffers some pain from, and the patches help her knee pain…as well as her back pain! They aren’t a magic cure all, but they definitely work better than any type of patch on the market!

I’m using these for my shoulder pain. I *think* they might be helping a BIT, but it’s no wonder cure for sure. My pain level went from a 9 to about a 7 but I’m not sure if that was the product, or just resting the arm.
