Queen of Shadows: 1,000 Piece Panoramic Toy – July 16, 2013

Beautiful puzzle but the quality of the puzzle pieces is really bad, especially considering that I paid almost $50 for this puzzle. many pieces are bent, buckling, wrinkled and/or are torn on the underside. The cutting machine from this company must be either old, have dull blades or is faulty since it is a brand new puzzle (all pieces were in original/closed packaging).I have several other Nene Thomas puzzles from a different company and even thou they too have some pieces that are wrinkled, non are excessive (and were a fraction of the prices).Quality control is sadly lacking. I wanted to hang up the puzzle to enjoy the pretty design when finished, but will I think twice about it, due to poor quality of the pieces.4 stars for picture, packaging and shipping. 0 stars for quality control

I put them together, frame them and hang them up.....this one is quite a challenge....taking my time! Thank you! She is stunning! Love Nene Thomas.....

Puzzle was high quality with only a few pieces that came wrinkled. The pieces fit tightly and the picture quality was excellent. I will purchase puzzles from this company again.

But that dress just about drove me mad, was a great puzzle, really challenging and didn't have any problems with any pieces being messed up. Will try another one of this brands puzzles.
