I just received my new back brace in the mail yesterday. I paid to have it shipped to me in 2 days. I have a history of back problems including a large ruptured disc last year at L5, spondylolisthesis, Pars defect, retrolithesis, and a fracture at T11 from a Chiropractor. My point is that I often sit on the side lines because my back is so unstable. This week is my son's Spring Break. He wanted to go bowling today. I haven't bowled in 5 or 6 years. I couldn't wait to try it today. I went bowling with my son and even bowled a 121. Not bad for not bowling for a long time. I couldn't believe how much support the brace offered and we ended up bowling 4 games with no pain. I am thrilled with my new brace. I can't wait to start riding my bike and walking on the treadmill.
