For the low price this is actually pretty nice. The chain is pretty thick and not bad quality. It hasn't changed my neck colors or tarnished or anything yet

Catholics need no introduction to the powerful Miraculous Medal of our Mother Mary. These in stainless steel can easily be replaced if lost and they are affordable enough to gift to your other Catholic friends. I can wear them to the beach or park and not ever worry about them tarnishing or getting lost. They come in a gold colored stainless steel that gives the look of 14k yellow gold but for a tiny minuscule fraction of the cost. They make great gifts. I myself do not wear real gold any more having given all of my expensive jewelry away to younger family members already. But this medal in stainless steel means more to me than all the gold in the world. Very simple rendering but with all of the important details showing the significant beliefs that all Catholics wear when honoring Mary. Thick and weighty but not overly heavy, it has a nice drape when worn on a longer chain. Not a 16” one but more closely to a 22-24 inch SS medium thick chain of your choice. Runs well along rope or link chains, it doesn’t matter because the bale is wide and heavy and can accommodate almost any reasonable but not ostentatious thickness of chain. I never have to take mine off even when showering also because it never tarnishes.

A little long but good quality

I bought one of these for everyone in my family. I’m wearing this for the last year, still shine, never had to take it off to shower, or anything . Very good quality for the price.
