I got these to replace a cheap knife set that just wouldn't keep an edge. This was a good replacement. It has a wide variety of knives, even a santoku knife. They are very sharp, well made, and easy to hold and use.

This was a great investment! The knives are awesome, and if you don't have sharp kitchen knives, you have no idea how much easier your life would be with a great set. The handles are very comfortable to hold, the knife feels very sturdy in your hands, and wow are they sharp!!! Do yourself a favor and buy a set.

I spent my teen years working in a kitchen with good commercial grade knives. I've bought department store knives in the past but after moving to a new house decided to finally buy a good set of knives. I almost bought a set of Wusthof knives but ended up deciding on these at half the price. These remind me a lot of the commercial knives I used working at a restaurant. They aren't going to win any beauty contests, but they work so much better than department store knives.m they hold an edge better. They are very ergonomic. They are a bit light though in my opinion and perhaps I'll grow accustomed to that. All in all I'm very happy with my decision to go with these over the Wusthof knives. I just couldn't justify spending 3-4 times as much for knives that perform similarly but look a little nicer sitting on the counter.Victorinox makes two style of knives. They have their fibrox line and their Swiss Classic line. I prefer the shape of the fibrox handles. This set is all fibrox except for the Santoku which is a Swiss Classic. That means the handle does not match which is a bit of a disappointment since it wasn't called out in the description. You can see it I the picture here if you look closely though.All-in-all this is a great set of knives if you are serious about cooking and don't mind that the knives look a little commercial.

I’ve used this knife set for a month now and just love them. The Fibrox handle design fits my hand and they’re well-balanced for use.I have a Chef’s knife I purchased several years ago and was so impressed with the quality and durability that it helped my decision to purchase Victorinox knives in a larger set.I’ve found all of the knives to be very useful, with the Santoku and the boning knives being my favorites.

As advertised. These are the best knives for the money. Razor sharp and keep an edge very well. We absolutely love them. We also own the 14” brisket slicing knife, a skinning knife as well as others. Do yourself a favor and just buy them. They are worth every penny.

Great knife set! Super sharp and I love the handles. Not as pretty as other knives but you can’t beat it for the price.

I didn’t realize how much of a difference a set of sharp knives could make to my culinary life, but they do!I love to cook and am surprised at how I’ve lived without these. I like this set, it comes with everything I wanted except for the block.
