I’ve always had a Bad posture and as I’ve got older it’s causing back and neck pain so decided to give one of these a try and I’m pleasantly surprised at how quickly I could feel the pain ease. It’s a tad uncomfortable under my arms but I’m sure with time it will get better. Either way I’m very happy with this and it’s very well made.

So i bought this due to a recommendation from a friend. Seeing as we both spend considerable amounts of time infront of PCs due to work and recreation we both see issues caused by poor posture during this.This posture corrector came well packaged and is robust and sturdy quality.I have found and seen considerable improvement with my posture both during and after use, for multiple hours and even days without use. It was nice to feel the aching after using it the first few times to know that muscles were being activated and the device was actually working rather than just being more of a brace.The only issue i have is that i am more of a slimmer man and thus i have to have quite a tight setting before it begins to control my shoulder placement. This does lead to minor uncomfort in the armpit area but certainly nothing in comparison to the rewards of this device.Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

The material itself is very comfortable and it fits very well, however the straps going under the arms digs in substantially and is extremely uncomfortable. I can’t wear it for more than half an hour/an hour because of the discomfort, and this gets worse when tightened. I can only use it around the home, it’s too bulky and the straps are so high on my shoulders that you can see them under my shirt collar so I can’t wear it outside. Still, it does work and it’s helping a little with the tension and discomfort in my shoulders.

The posture corrector arrived very quickly after ordering.It is very straightforward to use, and came with clear instructions. The straps are nicely padded, so do not chafe. It feels a bit like a tight backpack to wear, so is quite comfortable, and easily hidden under clothing (so not visible in zoom meetings!). It can also be worn on top of your other clothes as seen in my pictures.I am small in size, and it easily adjusted to fit me, but came with extension straps so would accommodate a much larger adult too.I have many years of bad posture habits to break, and this works well at stopping me from slouching and it makes me councious about how I am sitting.Just as a warning, for the first few days of wearing the posture corrector I experienced light back aches so do not give up on wearing it as results will show regardless.Overall, I am happy with the purchase and I will recommend this product to my family and friends.

Arrived yesterday and was pleasantly surprised (for 30 minutes!!!!). Pulled my back straight, found it painful on armpits but assumed that that would just be minor getting used to period.The real 'fun' came when trying to remove it, found it nearly impossible to pull my shoulders back far enough to escape. I don't (or didn't anyway) have shoulder problems, if you do have shoulder flexibility issues you are doomed, took me about 10 minutes and felt anxiety levels increasing.Tried again this morning and did so much damage the day before on shoulders that I couldn't use it, plus really sore around armpits and also developed a neck issue, increased pains and introduced new issues, onto all that I have lower back now and sharp nerve problems !!!Bought it to the friend who had recommended I get a posture corrector, he has one (different brand, cheaper, supports lower back as well). I tried his on and he tried mine. He had the same issues as me and he is a lot fitter and more flexible than I am. The velcro had also started to give already!!!!Wearing his showed me that they aren't all like this. I felt that his helped show me that they aren't all designed to hurt. He agreed, so far it has been tried on by 5 different people and the best comment combined from everyone was 'I don't have new pains now'He has had a posture corrector for just over a year and his works brilliantly at a cheaper price, with noticeable difference in pain as well as actually supporting the lumbar area. Without having back support at the bottom this is likely to either cause or worsen lower back pain, it's almost guaranteed, as slouching for anymore than a few months will weaken lower back muscles and I found this out nearly instantly!!!If I'd reviewed yesterday before trying to free myself from it, I'd have probably given it 3* but after waking up damaged (my body and the product), then trying a better option which is cheaper, better made and removable without having to dislocate a shoulder. AVOID unless you into S&M.smidge over 1 day of buying it, I've ordered what he has. Wish I'd looked at all the reviews better rather than just an average high rating.Very rarely leave bad reviews but if it stops one person doing more damage then it's worth it.

Giving it 5 stars as my fiance loves it. He purchased and tried quite a few of these type of supports but this one seems to be the winner. Corrects and helps his posture vey well, especially as he is 6.5 ft tall. It's easy to use and fits perfectly. The quality is also good and he says it is comfortable too.

Could only wear it the once, sadly, as it rubbed & put pressure on the top of my spine making it very uncomfortable for me to wear. The principal of it is perfect & the rest was comfortable to wear & very adjustable. I could feel that it was making me stand better & would have continued to use it if the neck part hadn’t been so painful to me.
