Much better than parchment paper. Convenient to use. Extremely easy to clean.

Ideal pour la cuisson au four mais aussi et surtout pour étaler la farine et la pate sans que ca colle.Très joli on ne se doute pas en le voyant que c'est du silicone. Pas gratuit mais bin produit.Se nettoye a l'eau avec ou sans savon.

Sehr praktische Dauerbackfolie. Sie hat bis jetzt alle Temperaturen mit denen man Brot oder Kuchen backen muss ausgehalten.Die Folie ist selbsthaftend, rutscht also nicht unnötig auf dem Blech hin und her.Die Reinigung der Folie ist auch sehr einfach, etwas Wasser und Spülmittel und schon ist alles wieder sauber.
