Decent quality
Update: I received replacement cleats after posting the review below. Most of the issues have been addressed. Mounting holes are centered on the bolt pattern. The hardware is better quality and now doesn't interfere with clipping in. The mounting hole corners are still a bit too rounded, slightly limiting adjustability, but there was enough for me. I slam the cleats inboard on the shoe to accommodate my wide feet and toe out pedaling. The replacement cleats are a better value than the ones I received originally.Old review:Mounting holes are misaligned severely limiting adjustability to 2 mm. Bolts are almost at opposite limits of adjustment side to side. Forward hole is at it's backward limit while rear holes are almost centered front to back. both cleats are similar, but one is better aligned. Very poor quality control. Mounting holes corner radius is larger than the radius on the washer, further limiting adjustment range. I can't get one cleat far enough over to avoid having my shoe rub on the crank. The first set wasn't as bad, but this one makes it a product to avoid. Buy genuine.

Good Value Deal
I went from original Shimano SPD-Sls to this new brand. I have been riding fixed gear for about ten years now. The cleat clicks in easily and clicks out with ease. It feels sturdy when you are clipped in. I currently ride them with very little float as I like a stiff ride. They feel strong and appear to be made of high quality. The feel of the clip does feel slightly loose, but that could be because of my pedal. There is a notable difference from my old cleats to these new ones, however. Overall, they're a perfect replacement when you're not racing and excellent for trainig.P.S. I ride brakeless so I prefer a strong, stiff clip to brake quickly.

Looks like Shimano cleats
I was hearing an annoying clicking while pedaling, so I ordered these cleats as replacements to see if that would fix the problem. It turns out that I needed to torque down the crank bolt more and that solved the problem, but I am going to keep these cleats. Even though I did not use them, they look exactly like the Shimano cleats, so I'm sure they'll work fine. I'll keep these around as a spare pair.

Shimano > Knock-Off
I wouldn't recommend this product, and would instead suggest that customers consider spending the extra money to get authentic Shimano cleat replacements. The first pair of these that I bought worked fine at first, however after a short amount of time one of the cleats cracked. Eventually, I noticed that even with the correct replacements, the pedals themselves were altered and didn't function in the same way. Beware that these can affect the performance of the pedals, which is a much more costly item to replace. Go with the real Shimano cleats!

Works ok and plastic is stiff
I put in 300 miles with these already. My only problem is that they are not breaking in and the clip is still very stiff. Which has caused me to fall 3-4 times already cuz I couldn't pull my foot out quick enough. I'm 55 and pretty athletic so I didn't really hurt myself, but I do have some good scrapes and bruises from the falls. The clips themself are flawless and mount well and don't move once installed. I'd buy them again. But I would try another brand just to see if after 50-60 unclips, they get a little less tight to help me with pullouts when I stop the bike to be less risky. These certainly stay tight. The plastic is very stiff. I had another version of these same ones and the plastic was a bit softer, but they wore out quickly. And broke in well. Certainly not these.{update} - Just replaced these after 800 miles. The yellow parts wore out in some areas. I decided to go with name brand Shimano this time. I wanted to see the difference. I immediately noticed a difference. 1) The Shimano unclipped a bit easier in quick "need to unclip before I'm about to lean over too much moments". Whereas these imitation ones didn't unclip quick enough and I ended up on my side a couple of times in the middle of the street next to cars a couple of times. Secondly, these also seem to wear out more unevenly than the Shimano. These are just not worth it for me. I'm no longer getting these. Lowered my star rating from 4 to 3. I ride about 70 miles per week to give you an idea and I ride about 5,000 miles a year.
