I only wish I could take these because being a vegetarian I can’t take normal collagen so these would be ideal but they caused a bad stomach which was a shame. If you don’t suffer a reaction then I imagine for non meat eaters they would work well.

I've been taking vegan collagen for a while to combat hormonal acne (I'm a vegetarian) and generally have had good results. When these arrived I wasn't overly impressed with the packaging- the label on the bottle looks like i coukd have printed it off on my printer at home. The recommended dose is 4 capsules a day which seems a lot in comparison with other brands. I haven't noticed any decline in my skin since taking these but I don't like taking 4 capsules a day and it just doesn't look like a quality product. Overall, these seem as effective as other brands so far and are competitively priced.

Easy to swallow capsules. They're really having a noticeable effect on my skin, hair and nails, and my overall sense of wellbeing. When considering the additional nutrients and the price per capsule, I'd still recommend them as they're a worthwhile investment in yourself.

My wife has been trying these out and the problem is with this kind of thing you don't always notice any results unless you are taking them for a long time and so far with just the bottle to try out nothing really stands out health wise, these are easy to swallow though.
