Excellent condition, you would not know this was a "previously owned" phone. No scratches chips or dings and the packaging was flawless for keeping it that way. Powered right up and no issues with set up. Simply had to pop down to my local t-mobile store to have them transfer over my files and sim card and we were off to the races. The 9 Pro itself is solid. I had to replace my LG Velvet as LG stopped pushing updates for their phones, and the difference in battery life is immediate. A single charge takes less than 40 minutes and lasts more than 8 hours messaging over text, Discord and listening to streaming music. Connectivity to 5G is also improved which is important as I live quite rural and rely on the hotspot to connect other devices. The camera too is impressive, crystal clear and the default editing options available are intuitive and easy to tweak without blowing out the picture one way or the other. I had the option to grab the new Oneplus 11, but I decided against spending the extra $400 and I'm happy with that choice. Fingers crossed this lasts me a good few years, and I will be happy to get another phone from this seller when it comes time to upgrade again.

Ok so This is an honest review and you can check my other reviews as well I am very blunt when it comes to reviews. Anyways I just purchased a Oneplus 9 Pro from this small business. And I must say the price is unbeatable with the current market whether it’s Facebook Marketplace or Offerup or even Ebay. This store has not only this phone but others aswell which I noted to be cheaper than the market. Coming back to the point, The phone I bought from this company is amazing and excellent condition my 8th oneplus till date. The battery life is excellent the hardware is excellent the speed is superb. The functionality is just mind blowing. The only thing I wish they provided was the 65W charger which is the actual charger that comes with it. They gave a 30W charger.

The you shouldn't expect the 1+ warp charger so make arrangements for it or at least keep you're expectations low other than that, fantastic phone. I got very lucky to have a very good seller bought a 'good condition ' version looks new no scratches anywhere or dents only problem might be battery but I'm still testing that but for the price I can't complain. I'm more than satisfied.

I owned a couple of OnePlus 9 pros so I'm very familiar with them. This one arrived looking fantastic but did not have a charger so I used one of the chargers that came with one of my other ones which is almost only a month old then I tried three other one plus chargers all specifically designed for the OnePlus series. Leaving it on the charge overnight you could see that it arrived completely drained of any charge by the next morning still no indicator of a charge. I unplugged it plugged it back in again saw that the red lightning bolt was telling me it was still depleted so I tried another charger and verified all these chargers worked on My other one plus nine pros. It would get very warm but it would never make progress but every once in awhile you would see it try to reboot a flash screen would come up like the T-Mobile pinks and then it would restart. This happened over and over and again eventually I tried to do a hard reset and it booted into Chinese mode or Japanese mode it was symbols I'm not familiar with. Still nothing happened I tried charging it on the wireless charger still nothing but it had to return very disappointed but another here on Amazon that was new. The worst part is we paid for return shipping and the seller only gave us $239 in a refund for the $417 we spent so technically we got $200 back after paying for the shipping for a $417 items that never worked very disappointed

OxygenOS 12, which is included with this phone, is awful as of the time of writing. Fingerprint unlock is extremely buggy and causes issues with the screen brightness, and there are numerous other glitches and unpolished parts of the OS. Aside from that, though, the phone is amazing! The battery life on the one I got isn't the greatest, but it will still last me all day with moderate use. I saw some other reviews here mention shipment issues and receiving the wrong model, but I got the model I ordered (256GB) with no shipment issues whatsoever. Definitely can suggest buying this phone as long as the price is below $500.

1/26/22 I will update this review if this gets fixed. Applied the latest update and have not had carrier service since. While searching online I found that OnePlus releases glitchy patches all the time. It's been two days and this is simply unacceptable from such a large and well known company. Other than this the phone is very speedy and well made. I was really loving this phone until the latest update to android 12. There was a patch available on day 2 that seemed to fix this at first. I found out later while at work where I would usually have an excellent signal there was none.

Fast charging capability, sleek look and fast processing speed.

I have been a OnePlus fan since the OnePlus one. I then bought the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 8t. This has been by far the most disappointing phone. I feel as if the actual phone is fine and the hardware is exceptional but the software bugs are completely ridiculous and I can tell that they're not going to be fixed. I have had multiple software updates and still suffering from the same issues from the day I bought the phone. OnePlus should be ashamed of themselves for their subpar software. One example of OnePlus and their incompetence is the fact that the OnePlus store app is the most buggy piece of garbage I have ever used on the OnePlus phone itself. How can you have a OnePlus app on a OnePlus device and it doesn't even work. Additionally the phone overheats, there's camera problems, my keyboard always disappears, all my apps disappeared from home screen for no reason, my service is horrible, voice over LTE cuts out all the time, random glitches and frustrating nonsense. OnePlus has lost a customer for life with this phone. I will never buy a OnePlus product again. What a fall from grace.
