Did the job. Trust in place now and I believe it's simple and well written. Only buy if you don't have a very complicated situation that you need a lawyer to work out for you. For a straightforward Living Trust, Will, and Power of Attorney for Healthcare, this kit will suffice. No need to spend an outrageous sum of money to have a lawyer draw it up for you. This is even cheaper than using one of the online directed services for drafting these documents. I now have a complete simple straightforward Living Trust. Once notarized and your real property added, you are finished. For a much more complicated trust and sub-trusts created by the first trust you most likely will need the help of an attorney that specializes in estate planning or elder law. This LT kit suited my needs. I also had two other family trusts for other members of our family that were drawn up by lawyers to compare this LT two so I know that it follow the same general guidelines, but has been put more in layman terms and thus easier to understand. I'm not sure it's mentioned in the listing, but this kit will work for all states except in Louisiana. If you are from that state, you'll need to hire a professional to draft your LT and perhaps the other estate planning and healthcare documents for you. You'll need to check the laws in Louisiana for details, as I do not live in that state, but remember seeing this in the LT instructions.

For the cost, it should of had the necessary forms

I had ordered this a few years back to do our trust and wills and it was great. I must have loaned it out as I needed to update some things so I ordered a new set. The older version had a CD which made it convenient and easy to use. The 'new' version that I just ordered shows it is supposed to come with a CD but they no longer come with that. you get a registration key to download all the forms off the internet. I prefer the CD so will look for a packet that offers that.

Does not come with disc as advertised

Great set of paper work and instructions to fill out your own Living Trust. Just need to get it "notarized" when complete and it's legal. Good quality paper, and easy to follow. Highly recommend !!

The product was deceptively advertised and did not come with the CD. When I checked the package "contains" portion on the back of the package The CD is not listed and says that I have to download it from online. I don't want to do that, that's why I ordered it as advertised.
