Todo iba muy bien a mi hija le encantó el producto, pero dejó de cargar y ahora ya no alcanza ni siquiera a encender

The watch was somewhat decent good battery life a little bit slow when it came to switching between screens not to mention had a bad habit of changing to Chinese in the audio commands was able to figure out how to switch it back still a good watch overall though One issue I did see as a design flaw was that even though the headphones are attached really decent if the knobs get stuck on your sleeve you can run the risk of losing the headphones I almost lost one headphone was able to find it but that is really the only gripe I have with this product still overall good headphones and battery life quality is very decent sound of the headphones is good quality too

Had to download an app and still it doesn't work with my phone

It's okay. This was a gift for my lil brother and he loves it. It was very hard to figure out but once we got it, it was good.
