The pair of boots are extremely comfortable and light on the feet because they have a soft cushioning insoles.

Q: Are they suitable for icy surface in winter?

I would say no, as they will fall apart before the winter. Mine lasted 5 months with light use. Refunded eventually.

Yes, I am a hiker and walk long distances. My boots are STILL comfortable and waterproof. The best boots I have had, especially considering what I paid for them.
