Does what it says on the tin.
Works well for exogenous ketone overflow ie, if youre on a keto diet. Does gives poor readings for endogenous kedones, ie, if youre doing intermitant fasting. They do mildly show up on long fasts over 24 hours however even if youre in deep ketosis. You will need a blood ketone meter for IF accuracy but these are a decent cheaper alternitive.

Wow, this really works, and so affordable!!
My husband and I are doing Keto, but I am wayyy more diligent than him - my strip shows up dark purple and his light pink! I’m shocked, I didn’t know these would work!! Amazing stuff. And so affordable too, we found some in a health store for over double the price and with less test strips. This is so worth it.

It works. It's cheap. It's accurate
I started the keto diet so I’ve been using these strips. I used it the first day just to make sure I was at the lowest level. I have tried several brands of these. This seems to give results faster and more clear than some of the others I'd tried.

AFFORDABLE and IT SERVES ITS PURPOSE
This ketone strips helps me to monitor my ketone level in an affordable way. Its easy to use and interpret the result. i measure my ketone every morning, before meal and after meal to track what food to avoid that kicks me out of ketosis and find it reliable.
