It's definitely helpful.
For me, biotin helps with my fingernails. They're very thin, and most of my life they stayed really short. Now I have tips on all of my nails, which looks so much nicer! Mine aren't strong enough to get really long, so I'm pleased to finally have some decent looking nails. ☺️ I don't notice a difference with my hair, unfortunately.

Effective at this dosage
the 1,000 mcg dose is that recommended by the medical community. it's not worth the money to pay for higher doses the body eliminates what it dosen't use. this brand is effective for me and the seller is very reliable. this is one of the few places i can find the 1,000 mcg dose biotin.
