Had to snip off pieces to get enough clearance on some situations. But satisfied beyond that.
Neat product, it allowed me to put my 3.5 HDD into the optical bay. I also find it extremely commendable that it supports both the 3.5 and 2.5 type drives. Now to the downsides, of which there are many. The screw holes on the side will experience some stress as you screw in the screws that you're supposed to there, since it's not grooved. Minor issue. The bay might be a very small amount wider than an actual optical drive. Since the same screws on the optical drive fit, but they do not on this bay. Maybe one millimetre, I don't dare say. All I know is one of my drives did not have enough clearance with the screws I used to fit into the mechanism of my case. The screws that come with it fit in the mechanism as well, but it just doesn't hold it as well. Then to the actual issues that required me to snip off pieces of the device to have things to fit. Firstly, the screw holes on the side intended for a 3.5 disk do not seem to align with the holes on the disk. On the bottom the disk can be aligned with the holes, but you require removing the back cover, because the legs are much too long. I snipped the legs off of the back cover and snipped the plastic frame around the two back holes, because there wasn't enough clearance. Other than those problems, it does what it's supposed to and am glad I bought it. Just, disappointed I had to resort to creative solutions due to problems in the actual design.

Does the job fine
This is a plastic housing for a 3.5 inch drive in a 5.25 drive bay. I bought it because I had previously bought an Akasi 3.5 inch card reader, but stupidly didn't check for a free 3.5in slot in my PC. The construction is fine, the fitting is pretty tight, although you can see a little bit of space around the faceplate when the drive is mounted, but nothing serious. Fitting it was painless, and it comes with screws for a HDD and a card reader/floppy mount as well. No problems at all and cheap enough.
