Do you need to purchase a resistor separately?

Depends on your bike it seems. With the flasher relay recommended, they wouldn’t work on my 83 Yamaha 750 cafe bike, obviously my bike has incandescent and these signals worked perfectly when installed front and back with stock Flasher relay, very bright too! I will be trying to add additional hidden turn signals that I will likely attach a resistor to if possible

On my 02 gsxr 600 only a third of the actual blinker works they hyper flash but they also don’t do the flow wanna figure this out

Same thing happened to me. Only one bulb flashed. You will need a flash relay especially since your bike is newer. Once you get one all the bulbs should work.

Will these fit a 2007 KLR650?

They should! Because it’s universal. I used them on my 2022 KTM 390 Duke. Good Luck! Hope this Helps. Oh by the way these have male and female bullet connectors.
