Very bad experience.
Amazon and Bata have cheated me, Amazon has sent me wrong item and I have returned back asking for the refund, and have send the photograph of the product I received, the return was initiated on 14th November and 30th November Amazon claims that I have returned back different item and my refund is denied. Either Bata or Amazon is cheating in this. It’s not the matter of money, but I’m totally cheated. I will take this matter to the consumer forum with all details.
