I found it hard to believe that CoQ10 could be so beneficial, but I tried it and it really works! My blood pressure is lower and my leg cramps are almost unnoticeable. I know that this is an antioxidant which is very necessary in our current environment. These capsules are easy to take and the price is good. I have them sent through "subscribe and save," so I never miss a dose and I don't even have to think about it. This is a product that I recommend; especially for women over 50 or women taking medicine for high cholesterol.

This is a great buy. The doctor wanted me to take statin meds, but they make my legs ache. His nurse said she had the same issues, and was taking this instead. I started out with 200 mg, and within 2 months, my cholesterol has decreased. I am hoping by upping the dose to 400 mg my next blood test will show even better numbers. I like that it has Omega 3's in it, and that it utilizes lecithin and pepperine to make it assimilate in your body better. First supplement I've taken that I can actually measure it's significance. It will be part of my regimen from now on.

Seems to be working. Minus a star because 90% of them were stuck together in a glob. I spent 20 minutes pulling them apart.

This is my second bottle. I imagine it does some good. Not sure about that, but why not. Easy to swallow, generous dosage, and a decent price. Thank you!
