In my opinion, worth every penny - doubly so considering its cost compared to bigger name rivals!
So, after 6 years of use, our nice (and not cheap) memory foam mattress from the manufacturer that also happens to be a female name reached its end of life.To be honest it probably wanted changing a year ago, but you don't realise until one day you figure out that you should NOT be waking up with aches and pains you did not have when you went to bed!I looked at a lot of the "mattress in a box" solutions from a range of manufacturers both on Amazon and elsewhere.Sleepsoul had excellent reviews pretty much everywhere, and considering the price I though I would give it a try.We have been sleeping on the mattress for 3 months now so this is a real world review. In short. It is excellent and worthy of the positive reviews. Buy with confidence, unless you want/need a really firm mattress. In more detail. To start out, this thing, in king size, is heavy when it arrives. While one person can get it upstairs, it is not easy (and I am not a small person).Once you have wrestled it upstairs, out of its box and on to the bed - take a breather, you will have earned it! :)As it is vacuum packed you need to be careful when breaking the seal. Make sure the mattress is placed centrally on your bed frame and then cut the wrap openIn a nice touch, a tool for cutting the wrap is included (it is in the box).It can unfurl itself quickly and I would not recommend being in the way when it does!As with all of these, it needs a few hours to fill out properly. We gave it 4 hours and it was fine. Now it should be obvious, but in case anyone is wondering, the spring section goes on the bottom and the padded section is the one you lay on.I have to admit, it is seriously comfortable to sleep on, and I am no longer waking up with aches and pains. There is a nice thick padded topping which you sort of sink into after a while. However, the spring section below gives the proper support required. The result, a very settled night of sleep. It is quite a deep mattress so be prepared for that. It may well sit taller than your previous mattress and require the deep fitted sheets. Also it is warm, not hot like full memory foam can be, but we have not used a duvet since the second night, just the duvet cover as that keeps us both warm.Overall, I am very happy with it, but will give updates on how it performs over a longer period of use.Highly recommended.

Good quality
These mattresses are great quality, love the built on topper and lovely cotton cover on mattress, very comfortable not too soft not too firm.

Super Comfy!
We have had this mattress for just over a week and I have no complaints about it at all. Our previous mattress was all memory foam so we weren't sure whether we were doing the right thing by changing to a hybrid mattress with springs and foam but we have found it to be just as comfortable. It is a really thick mattress and the pillow top is really soft and comfortable. You don't sink into it as you would with just foam but it is definitely not too firm. I think it is just right and now I hate getting up in the mornings! We had no problems with delivery. In fact, it arrived sooner than we expected. Brilliant service.

Don't buy if you are after a medium feel.
Delivery was prompt. Mattress comes vacuum packed and when opened look nice and well made.We left it for 24 hours to settle. It felt very firm and we assumed it would take a while to feel right and soften. After three weeks it hasn't improved, feels like sleeping on a plank. Bought it as it was supposedly medium to firm but is definitely firm, very firm. If you like a comfy bed don't buy this.
