Q: What is the warranty on the backpack?

My son has had this backpack from 4th to 8th grade. I am just now looking for a replacement. We couldn’t believe that the backpack is 5 years old and is still of decent shape(no holes or tears anywhere).

No. I wouldn't try I force my laptop in there. It's very tight to begin with and fitting the laptop is going to prevent you from adding anything else in the bag. Don't try

Q: will it fit under airline seat?

Yes! I have used this for my carry-on for years and it fits every time. I usually have books, sneakers, clothes, and other things packed in it. Depending on how stuffed it is, it will fit under the seat and absolutely in the overhead bin. Love it!

Q: Will regular 1 inch three ring binders fit into these bags easily?

I'm think ink a 1 inch three ring binder will fit into the backpack easily. It's a very roomy backpack.
