This is a good quality product and it’s organic!

I use these in my health smoothies. They get ground up as I’m mixing in the blender. You’re not supposed to grind flax until you’re ready to eat them soon after. I keep them in the refrigerator after opening. Perfect and healthy!! Can be used in salads, oatmeal or anything appropriate, but grind first!

I highly recommend Spectrum products and my favorite is their whole flaxseed. A great source of fiber and omega 3, I add flaxseed to smoothies, meatballs, soups, salads, stews, yogurt, dips....try them, you will love their freshness and quality.

Nothing bad to say. Its a good and taste good. I like to grind it and add it to salad or other foods for a nice topping that is very healthy. Seems like a little will go a very long way so very good size bag.

This is my favorite brand of flax seeds...I only buy this, and Spectrum's Chia seeds too. They are the highest quality...

Excellent product. Have been using for many years. But this is over priced. Found at Whole Foods for $6.99, regular price.
