I bought this for my 4 year old to introduce him to "lego". This set is fantastic value for money, comes with 2 boards and a booklet with ideas with what to build. It is just as good as the branded bricks. Keeps my son entertained for hours.

My little one absolutely loves a well known brand of similar product but unfortunately the cost puts me off. This has been a great alternative and still fits with other brands.The box keeps everything together and the booklet is clear and easy to follow if you want to make the suggestions.Definitely recommend if your looking to help cut costs on similar toys

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for a birthday party where we wanted a lego activity but our children love their genuine lego so much they didn't want to use it. So I searched for alternative brick construction brands and this came up. I bought it in the box because I'd like to keep it separate.1. I knew 253 bricks wasn't a lot but found it hard to visually work this out so I've taken a photo of all the bricks that came. I'm not sure it would be worth the price, but because it comes with the box it makes it a better deal.2. The base plates were included in our order (some people have said they weren't in theirs) but they were packed really well, wrapped in tissue paper in a separate wall of the packaging and would have been easy to miss, so dig deep!3. Its definitely not lego but as a family who as a rule have always only bought lego because we adore it, I would say it would be a good general starter for someone wanting to explore block building. I'd still always say that genuine lego is so well designed and built its worth the price. The clutch on the bricks, designs and now new building app with old design instructions on are all brilliant. But if you're worried about kids losing expensive lego sets and they're very new to it, this would be a good half way. Plenty of space in this box for adding new building block sets in future.

Brought this for our grandson along with packet of figures. He loves them and spent many hours playing with them at christmas . Great quality and along with his lego this set was a great buy.

Purchased for my daughter as extras for her other Lego she got for Christmas. I am impressed with the case it means she hasn’t got pieces everywhere and they can neatly be stored back in the box. It is fully compatible with Lego and the wilko versions meaning you can use to bulk up sets, it’s the perfect gift too and it’s one that I’d buy again if my daughter went to birthday parties etc. Great value for money and we have already had hours of fun

Not very safe for kids. It can cut due to edges being so sharp
