Does this pick up cat litter well on hard floors?

I dont have a need for cat litter, however, this vacuum cleaner has a wonderful suction. It picks up my dogs left over kibbles and bits on my ceramic tile floor.

does the vacuum works for carpets

It definitely sucks. No spinning brush roll. Works best on hard floor surfaces. I personally wouldn’t recommend it for carpets/rugs.

Are the wheels rubber or plastic?

The two big wheels on the sides definitely plastic - the little one in the front is also plastic, but it feels like rubber covering it.
