Nice phone
Awesome phone, little heavier than my old X10, operating system and camera about same as x10 but lot more rugged

Nokia XR20...
Just purchased this phone which firstly is very light and sleek but robust and charming. I am just getting familiar with it and it seems very responsive. This is a rugged phone so doesn't have the frills of regular phones but delivers on quality and style. If want a good, solid phone with all Android features this could be it!

Never get tired of Nokia perfection.
This phone is amazing, I love how well it works.I've only ever had Nokia phones I sware by their quality, the last one I had, the Nokia 6.1 lasted for around 5-6 years, of which only two problems occured, the battery wore out and the charging port broke. This phone is amazing but I'm biased for Nokia, but with how long it lasted, I anticipate a long service From this one too.*Just a quick note, I do not use facial recognition on my phone so I can not atest to the quality of that feature.

Bargain phone
Brand new Nokia XR20 128gb + 6gb RAM. Great price and nice replacement for my X20 which dropped off my car roof at 40mph and was then run over! The X20 was still working enough to send location data and ring when dialled! I will try not repeat with this one! The only downside is that the camera doesn't have the macro mode that was on the X20.

Not bad for a budget option
It's not a bad little budget phone but it does crash every so often, and the most irritating thing which I can imagine you can turn off is that the thumb/ fingerprint button can and does turn on the camera at almost every opportunity. Battery life is a little poor but you've battery saver options that'll help with that. It's certainly tough enough, which is nice, and if all you're doing is using socials and snapping the odd selfie or three.. it'll do the job nicely. Doesn't feel as nice as my previous Honor 8x in the hand but then it's designed for strength not anything else.

Great work-phone..
Superb rugged use work-phone, used daily in work-van & grotty overalls pocket, superb tough quality phone, still stylish & modern looking despite being strong enough to get thrown around transit-van & toolbox. Superb IMHO. not used for games nor dating sites, mainly basic work related phone & camera stuff underground sewers & industrial sites.. . dead durable & reliable .. 5/5 IMHO..

Screen unresponsive after 2 years.
Screen unresponsive after 2 years. Barely used it, no scratches on the screen, and after 2 years the screen has stopped working. Restarted in Safe Mode, but didn't fix the problem. This is not a 'Rugged' phone, it's just very heavy, and fragile. I was hoping Nokia want to make a comeback, so they'll produce something good, but it's a big disappointment.

GPS is brilliant
Bought this to replace my failing LG G5. Would be 5 stars if it had an easy to replace battery. Accurate GPS. Does have OTG. Impressive speeds with 5G. Nice size (not too large). Brightness of screen is okay. Disappointed with the 2X zoom on camera - looks manipulated - but 1X is good. The Google Assistance key - kept getting turned on (be nice if it could have switched on torch as an alternative). Fingerprint reader is very fast - sometimes it must take too many readings and so won't open the phone. The key is easy to touch when picking up the phone.Only minor drops so far but don't feel worried about that. Audio isn't as clear as my LG G5 - but that might be my phone provider.Nice phone.
