4.5 stars.Pros: great product, very sturdy well made. frame, it was pretty easy to put together, but might require help as its being put together because of its size, I am tall so it was easy to do this king solo. The frame really helps with having minimal storage space at my house for sure. I was worried about squeaks and creaks but after lots of... use, nothing, no sounds. The company shipped out a missing leg from the box, no problem just emailed them with info and I was good to go.Cons: well turns out there was a missing leg. I think the shippers hate this heavy box so they mistreat it in shipping. The box looked like it went through a war zone. So really this needs to be in a better shipped box with multilayers to prevent shifting and parts poking out and going missing, potentially wrapped a lot in heavey tape. In the end the company shipped me the missing leg while I propped it up with some wood. So keeping it five stars for good customer service.Overall, I am happy with it. Heavy but only 20 min assembly or less with extra hand.
