Marvel's Doctor Strange Prelude

Marvel's MCU preludes add a lot of context that is sometimes never explored in the MCU films. Adapted from the films themselves, these preludes provide original content that prepares the reader in anticipation of the upcoming movie. In Doctor Strange's Prelude, we are given a background on the events that lead Kaecilius down the path that goes through in the film. It also gives us context of what is happening on the mystic grounds before the film takes place. If you're looking for answers to the reasons why things were the way they were in the film, this will fill you in.

My mind is now prepared to witness the great battle beyond all human comprehension. But seriously this is a pretty good set up for the Doctor Strange film. It Willy help me understand the characters and their motivations a bit more I hope.

Good prequel.

Great collection of past issues and fun new preview of the world of tge big screen movie.

This gives you a good sampling from Dr Stranges origins to the present day stories. It's quite an eclectic mix but enjoyable. And we also see the origin story for Kaliosis Dr Stranges enemy in the upcoming film.

Takes place just before the events of the movie, A great read.
