Very nice. Not as rock-solid as commercial grade benches at the gym, but pretty decent for home use. Very versatile, and a fantastic deal for the money.

Esta bonito, aunque no es totalmente recto para recargar la espalda tiene una ligera inclinación a la altura de la cabeza. Pero esta bonito y es facil de doblar. Lo que si, tuve un par de dudas y el vendedor no contesta los mensajes, y para este tipo de productos no emiten factura [lo comento porque compre una extensión de garantía]

The bench came with everything that the image showed, except leg weights. For someone that is starting to use weight like myself, I found it perfect. The only thing that is less than average are the elastic bands which are very flimsy providing no resistance what so ever. I substituted with resistance tubing and reuse the handles and anchors.

This bench is very sturdy for me to do fly incline, flat, and decline using pair of 30 lbs dumbles, those are the only pair I have so I can't tell how it is with more weight. I am only 145 lbs though. Bench doesn't move or flex at all when I do exercise. It has many different positions range from straight back (90 degree with the seat) to all the way down, for decline fly or situp. The seat position remains flat, only the back rest can be adjusted with ball pin, very easy to do. The bungee that comes with it is too light for me to use, not a big deal for me. Most important thing is it is sturdy and have the size that I need. This product delivers. I almost bought bench that cost 3 times more, I am glad I pick this one. Easy too assemble and when I don't use it, I can fold it and go into my small storage. This is not the same quality like what I use at the gym but it does the same thing. For this price, it does worth it. I am satisfied.
