Q: What are real dimensions? 1x1x1 doesn’t seem correct.

The outer dimensions are 15x9x9.

Q: I have a shimano siragaso 20000 spinning reel. it’s very a very large saltwater reel. will it fit?

It is a smaller case. It will hold 6- 1000 series reel nicely. It will hold 1-20000 series reel if center divider was removed (possibly 2). Crank-handle might also need to be removed. Its 15"w/9"d/7"t

Q: How many reels will it hold

I've got (6) 1000 series Shimano spinning reels in mine. It would hold (8) 1000s or (6) 2500/3000 series reels. It is an awesome box. Super rugged/protective. A little on the smallish side. I keep my bigger reels in a larger Cabelas bag.
