Good Meal Replacement product. It mixes very well with no clumps afterwards. The taste is great and makes drinking it on a constant basis much more palatable. The protein content of the powder itself is low but okay when mixed with milk which is very recommended to do to get the best flavor and feel when drinking it.

Great value and price. I looked all over before buying this and Amazon had the best price and largest size. Amazon is awesome!!

I had a small problem and Slim Fast solved it immediately. Did it very professionally and I thank them for replacing my order so quickly.

That said, I'm super bummed out Slim Fast changed the caramel flavor. The Caramel Latte was my favorite - a thick, rich caramel flavor. The Caramel Macchiato is much thinner, much more coffee tasting, much more bitter. Coffee definitely outweighs the caramel, where it was the opposite with the Caramel Latte. I'm so disappointed in it, that I opt for the chocolate, which is rare - I typically prefer caramel over chocolate. I really don't care for strong, cold coffee, as it tastes more bitter to me than hot coffee. I was hoping it was temporary because I was ordering several 12 packs in my subscribe and save monthly delivery. I don't taste the overwhelming cold coffee taste in the chocolate flavor, and I prefer its thicker consistency. Maybe it tricks my brain, but it feels more filling than the new caramel drink, the same way it did with the old, thicker caramel latte.That all said, I buy these because I love the ingredients - 20g of protein, decent amount of caffeine, 5g of fiber (more filling), some fat and low carb.I used to be a major buyer/fan of Bang Keto Coffee, but they discontinued it in their bankruptcy to streamline and remain in business. Slim Fast has been the closest alternative that I found with the added benefit of vitamins and fiber (just much less caffeine - darn). I have multiple a day and still bought these drinks when I was buying Bang Keto Coffee. I just buy more of these now.Fingers crossed, Slim Fast brings the original Caramel Latte back as an addition to their new caramel flavor, so we caramel lovers can have our preferred option.

There is not a chip, pasta or bread that I have ever not eaten and then gone back for more multiple times. This worsens in the evening. At about 9 p.m. I begin to have lustful thoughts about chips and salsa. I start having unnatural thoughts about garlic bread and marinara. I do not keep these items in my house because I would decimate them without remorse.The problem is that my husband is also a recovering carboholic. Enter slim-fast with almond milk.Slim-fast gives the protein that my body is missing in the evening and the almond milk (unsweetened vanilla) makes it taste more like a chocolate shake than a meal replacement. The thing I love about it the most is that it takes literally 14 seconds to make it and I can do it the night before. All I have to do is grab it out of the fridge and throw it in my purse. I drink it on the way to work and there is no extra effort wasted.The taste has improved a lot in the years since I have started drinking it. I bought a few kid sized Nalgene bottles Nalgene Kids OTF Bottle (Gray Bottle/Square Design/Blue Lid, 12-Ounce) and do all of the prep and assembly the night before. In years past, the canned Slim-fast would give people “bowel urgency”. Unfortunately, that is why my poor husband would not drink Slim-fast for the longest time. I gave him a can to take one day when we first started dating. He drank it while he was prepping his aircraft and….well, he had to excuse himself for a little while. That was due to an ingredient that they had to use in the pre-packaged shakes. This shake mix has none of that so don’t worry about having digestive distress!It has been perfect solution for those late night carb cravings as well as being low enough in fat and calories that it could be used for a late-night snack if someone wanted. The only sad part is the Execs that produce Cheez-its have seen a drop in their sales.
