Q: Is there a link where the software can be downloaded? I have emailed the seller a couple of times now to download it and have had no response!

I finally found the software link to download! The item I received has the model number "UF-211-06RGB" printed on it, however it looks like there is another model number for the same product: "DG-TFB11" by a company called Digoo. Once I searched for that, I found the download link! https://www.mydigoo.com/downfile.html?path=2016/mydigoo/20170724/5975c6e978280-LED%20Fan%20Editor.zip Note: Based on all the other reviews, this software does not work for all LED fans of this type, so your mileage may vary.

Q: Is there a file for the device drivers? My computer does not recognize the fan when I plug it in.
