Super easy to install so far everything works great. Definitely bigger than I thought it was gonna be even though I measured it., only complaint so far as it has a distinct brand new factory smell not the most pleasant but I looked it up apparently it’s from the manufacturing process and it’ll air out so just make sure you air it out after you install it leave a window open or something.

The Kayle 120" motorized projector screen is a solid product for the price. The picture quality is excellent, the motor runs smoothly, and the screen material looks clean and professional once installed. It really upgrades a home theater setup without breaking the bank. That said, the included mounting hardware is not strong enough to support the weight of the screen when mounted to the ceiling. In my case, the hardware stripped out, and the screen came down. Fortunately, Amazon resolved the situation, but it’s worth noting that you should plan to use stronger hardware than what’s provided. Pros: Large 120" size with crisp, clear screen material Motorized function works smoothly and quietly Good price compared to other electric screens Great image quality for movies and gaming Cons: Included hardware isn’t strong enough for ceiling mounting Screen is heavy, so installation requires better anchors/brackets Overall, the screen itself is excellent for the cost, but the mounting hardware needs an upgrade. With stronger brackets, it’s a great value home theater screen.

Huge, easy to install and provides an excellent picture. The motor worked well and performed faster than I anticipated so that is a plus. It has lasted outside, through rain, ice and snow and still works as advertised one full season later.

Final Update 10/14/2024 Customer support is awesome. They sent a replacement remote promptly. Screen quality is excellent at such a reasonable price. I would recommend both the product and the seller. Update 10/3/24 Seller reached out to offer replacement remote. Will update if I receive the remote. Review: The screen quality is very good but the remote stopped working. I sent an email to the support email listed in the product manual as well as to the seller. No reply. Being a bulky item I paid for professional installation. So returning is not an option. Called Amazon product support and they asked me to return the item for replacement. I spent $100 to get it installed and spend another $100 to get it uninstalled and reinstalled. Amazon is completely unempathetic and robotic by providing a scripted solution. So, buy at the risk of not having warranty support neither from the manufacturer, seller nor Amazon.

Not working and no response at the Customer helpdesk. It’s only beeping not going down. I request a refund without response.

I bought this a while ago and just now got it.Put up on my deck.Here's what I'll say we had a huge fire and fireworks going off all around this thing, and it did not catch fire and survived.It has given us no issues and stays outside full-time.It's one hundred percent amazing.

So weak

This screen is quite good in itself, but... it's defective, and the seller isn't answering. The screen is a bit teard of on the lower left end, which isn't a problem. It's fixable, and I didn't even report it. But it also has fixed lines that are clearly visible on the screen... (yes, it's the screen, not the projector, I've tested it all ways possible). My request was quite reasonable, asking if there was any solution to remove the lines/clean the screen, but... no answer. So, in the end, it's a very expensive screen that I'll use until I can find another one. Sad.
