Durability is bad, move on.
Review for the Leshp Over-Head wired headset.Among the sub-20 dollar headsets I'v bought, these were the first I bought because it had great reviews. Which isn't completely unfounded, here is what I'v liked.Pros-Price point: 5 StarsI don't think you can ask for much more here. I paid 10$ and got free shipping with prime.-Comfort: 4 StarsThey are very flimsy and light weight. If you are an adult they might be harder to get to lay over your ear, which I'm finding is common with cheap headsets. I have a medium to Large size head I had to almost max them out to get them to lay over my ear without bowing out. For me this is not a big issue because I am buying these for kids around 12. However with being said they were not uncomfortable, I like the size of the cup which makes these an over the ear design rather than on the ear. It does has some padding on the top which I thought was a nice touch and somewhat impressive for the price as some headphones for more don't.-Microphone: 4 StarsI almost want to give the mic 5 stars because it may be close to the best you can get for this price. Of course it is not noise cancelling and you can hear everything that is going on in the room but for me if it works, doesn't have a terrible echo (Ive had this problem with other cheap sets) and I can hear the other person loud enough, thats a win for me. It doesn't even have the "I'm in the bathroom" effect that most of these cheap mics have. It also has a microphone mute switch and plenty of cord length.Sound Quality: 5 StarsI was impressed with the sound quality, its stereo and wasn't overly dull. It has a volume wheel on the cord as well.Con [it's a big one]-Durability: 2 StarsThe only reason this headset gets 2 instead of 1 star is because some of these cheap headsets come broken when you get them in the mail. Maybe mine was shipped more carefully but I can say that it was working great when I got it. If it had continued to work for another 4 months this would have been one of the best cheap headsets on the market, but that is not the case. This one lasted about three weeks before the cord was almost completely shot. The output from the microphone was still working well but all incoming audio was very staticky. So If I was you I would move on to another headset.Overall I gave this headset 3 stars for being good in all other areas and on the off chance that someone else who buys may get one that lasts longer but as for me me I'm looking into the DLAND, UL LETTON and Afunta Headsets for around 12 to 15$ to see if they last longer. Honestly that is the number one factor I am concerned with. I am okay with a cheap headset not sounding good, having a bad echoey mic and being uncomfortable, if it lasts for 6 months.**Disclaimer** Everything I say in this review is in reference to it being a sub 20$ headset. Headsets like this will break, it's not a matter of if but when. I am on the hunt for the best headset around the 10-15 dollar range because I am buying a lot of them and cannot afford to spend 25 plus per headset. If your looking a legitimate affordable headset to game for a long time with, I would suggest the "Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon 50x" which you can get for about 25$ or if you can spare 10$ more, the "Logitech G230". I have personally bought and used both and found the Recon to be a solid headset, no frills such as noise cancelation or amazing bass but comfortable and decent in every aspect. The G230's definitely give you your 10$ extra quality with a more durable build, semi-noise cancelling and removable mesh ear cups which you might appreciate if you wear glasses because they are less squeaky than pleather cups that other headsets have. I have no complaints on either of the mics but you will need a three dollar adapter for the G230's if you are a console gamer and vice versa for the Recon's on PC. All in all if you cannot spend the extra money to get something like this, I am also searching for the best sub-20 headset and that is what this review is geared towards.

Comfortable and easily adjustable
Comfortable and easily adjustable, though the headphones themselves are a little on the small side. The cord's a bit short, but should work just fine for most rig arrangements (I can only speak for PC gaming), and the 3.5 mm jack will also fit many cell phones, making this headset one you can also use to hold phone conversations without holding the thing right up to your body. The built-in volume adjustment is nice, and sound quality on the headphones is decent--there are better out there, but they aren't likely to be in this price range. Sound quality on the microphone, however, is great, even after I nearly snapped it off trying to figure out which direction it turned in. Speaking of which, do treat the entire headset gently--material quality is definitely where the manufacturer cheaped out on this one. Taking into account that you get what you pay for, this is a solid four-star headset when weighed against everything a headset should be.

Does it's job, but you get what you pay for.
They suck as a headset but for the price they work as expected. Good as an emergency backup for me if my main headset dies mid raid or something. plugs in and works right away, mic quality is actually not too bad but the audio is dull and its hard to hear party members over game volume since they blur together (as to be expected with a cheap headset.) I recommend just turning down game volume and turning off in-game music, that helped me a lot. They are't "comfortable," have very limited padding and sit oddly over your ears but you'll hardly notice. all in all they do their job but this is a classic case of "you get what you paid for." 4 stars from me.

You get what you pay for
I mean... it's $10... my Siberia V2 headset died on me yesterday and since online skyping is part of my daily life with my LDR girlfriend I ordered this on next day delivery. The delivery was excellent, packaging was great as well... the audio quality is what you would expect from something this cheap... it's definitely not good haha. It doesn't go up much in volume, and when you go above halfway people can hear whatever you're listening to in the background. To quote my girlfriend, the mic "sounds like I am trapped in a shower and can't get out." I am actually using the earbuds I was hoping to replace with these instead as they are that poor quality. They are comfortable though and again, for the price I feel like it does its job, I just wish the mic didn't have such poor quality. I should also mention that the audio on one side was significantly louder than the other, so I had to do go into sound settings and manually set the left side to be quieter. Thankfully it's just a placeholder/emergency headset until my friend ships me one as an xmas present.

Microphone stopped working.
After the first month of July after I've aquired these headphones it was actually really cool to have while I played games, but during the middle of August the mic on the headphones stopped working and I noticed the wiring may have been the problem. The surround on the headphones worked still and that's good but I couldn't communicate to anybody when I wanted to, it just stopped working one day and all I would hear is distorted sounds when I try to test the mic. Not a bad product for the fair price though, just couldn't talk with it after that little problem.

Good Purchase
I like these headphones. Adjustable volume on cord, works with every device it says it does, and I plan on buying a second one soon. I mainly use it for the xbox and while on there I can adjust the volume where either the chat party is louder or the gameplay is louder. If you are in the same room and want to play games in piece you can mute the tv,and listen through the headphones. Only wish is that it was in a few more colors besides red.
