These headphones are excellent. I tried some more expensive large name brand ones before and had many issues with them but these are so comfortable for the extended time i wear them ( almost all day everyday), the noise cancellation is excellent and covers the neighbours dogs barking. I haven't found the aware mode helpful as if using it outside it whistles a lot. the normal mode is pretty noise cancelling too, very good noise isolating fit.great size adjustability and the battery lasts ages and charges very quickly.overall very good headphones and very good value for money.

Extremely comfortable with excellent sound. Bought these for comfortable listening on flights but now my main headphones. Good eq options when used with the app. Superb value.

Of all the headphones I've tried from various stores, family, friends, these might be the best sounding Bluetooth cans. Including the Soundcore's and the Song XM3-4's I've tried (haven't tried the XM5's) the EQ customisation might be a bit more cumbersome for those who aren't experiencing with EQ'ing but probably one of the best execution as you can set exactly what frequency you want to adjust instead of being locked to frequencies that don't make sense (like the ones found in the Soundcore app for their headphones, the minimum is 100hz and the next step above that is 200hz, making the EQ adjustments not very reliable)These sound great out of the box anyway so you don't have to EQ them but the way the EQ works is probably best in class. Great bass without being overdone and the mids and highs are still very present and only rarely did the treble get fatiguing with how well tuned these headphones are.The reason I'm not rating 5/5 is because the clamping force is pretty strong and the cups themselves are a bit on the small side which might be a problem for bigger heads/ears. I'd say they're very slight more comfortable than the JBL Tune 710BT which I also found is a great headphone for the price. ANC and Transparency definitely could be better, but it works good enough most of the time and it doesn't affect the sound of the headphones in a noticable way. So if sound is more important above all else, these are definitely a must have over most headphones around this price point, even beating out more pricey, somewhat poorly tuned headphones like the Sony's, Soundcores or bose. (But the comfort in those are so good that you could use them for hours and forget they're on) for everything else, definitely try them first in case the comfort or mediocre(ish) ANC and Transparency function ends up being a deal breaker.

Can't get better than JBL. Sound great, good bass tones and good for noise cancelling. Perfect for those late nights when the gf is watching love island and I need a fix of the football.

These headphones are the best ones I have ever had, for this price the battery life and the sound quality is amazing, you can also change the sound settings in the app with it, I recommend these for anyone else!

Excellent product chosen because of the heritage of JBL but disappointed to find both ear pad cushions have started to break up after two years light use and will require replacement.
