I wish I had bought one of these years ago! So nice to be able to roll things nice & evenly thin, even when super thin. And the stainless is great for keeping clean. Both I and my young daughter love it & find it very easy to use.

Exactly what i was looking for. Works better than a glass rolling pin (i have one you can fill with ice). With this model the steel holds the cold, no sticking at all and the rollerends may be adjusted for depth. Perfect.

The green adjustable disks are too soft/flexible and therefore they bend and warp while rolling pastry, making it impossible to roll out a level pastry.

I really like the looks and the design of this, but there are a couple of downfalls that counter the good looks.1. I love that the whole thing is dishwasher safe, but then again it probably shouldn't be...water gets inside the rolling pin and there is no way to get it out :(2. Nice sleek stainless steel is awesome, but this thing actually flexes when I am rolling out stiff cold pie crust, so the fact that precise disks to keep a uniform thickness no longer works because the stupid thing doesn't actually stay uniform.3. The disks are cool, and stash good, but they are a pain in the butt to clean. Yes you can just toss them in the dishwasher, but then you have to wait for them to dry out before you put this thing back together....or loose them to oblivion in some junk drawer somewhere. Really this is not too big of a deal, 1 & 2 are what kill it for me.

I love this roller. It is easy to use and it allowed me to quickly roll out a badge of sugar cookies. I am not an everydqy Baker so I rely heavily on great equipment. This one is a keeper. I am getting rid of the silly roller collection I have.

The rolling pin works fine, but I wish there were larger rings to roll fatter cookies/pastry. If there were two more sizes I would have given this 5 stars. It's still better than my old wood rolling pin. Easy to clean, takes up less storage space. If it were only a little more versatile in terms of rolling thickness.

I have never been able to make roll out cookie dough until now.I have the slip ones that you can put onto your existing rolling pin, but this is so much more even.Another plus is you can put it in the freezer before you roll out.It is also dishwasher safe.It is also a great price.Really happy with the purchase.
