Very speedy delivery! But the product itself after about a month of using it the strap broke through the plastic handle... I had to go and buy a metal D handle right after... I gave it 4 starts just for the seller the product is 1 star.

Don't waste your money. It's very inexpensive because it's made cheaply. I hear you telling me Duh you get what you pay for. NBut there should be no reason to pay ~$20 for a handle the materials are even close to that cost the mark-up would be in 1000%. So I bought the more reasonably priced. Jokes on me because the mark up percentage seems to the same, in other words very cheap materials, are a longer cost means same profit.

If you are using these for a BowFlex, order two. These are not the same length as the original BowFlex handles.

you can't get two arms through for some of the excercises. It seems to be pretty quality product other than that.
