My BMW had zero refrigerant pressure and was not blowing any cold air. Decided to give this a try and I was pleasantly surprised as I followed these instructions and then added a bottle of refrigerant and brought the charge and pressure up to full. It’s been a week now and I checked the pressure and it is holding. While it may not work for larger leaks, It certainly worked for mine so I would strongly recommend the product first if it may avoid a more expensive major repair.

I had a dlow leak in my AC system. Over the winter months I lost the remaining AC charge I had left. Mechanics told me that I had a let in my low side line & my condenser. I decided to put in the AC stop leak & so far half way through summer it has held on a 2013 vehicle.

If you search on YouTube for "Scotty Kilmer 5 Car Products Stupid People Fall For" on 4/30/21 he will say this product is junk. I have a 2012 BMW 135i which are notorious for having leaking A/C evaporators. The alternative would be to spend many hours of labor or hundreds of dollars to tear the dash apart to replace the evaporator. So I decided to give this product a try and lo and behold it actually worked. A/C has been blowing cold for 7 months so far (I'm in Florida so I use it year round). [Update 6/1/22] 1.5 years later and still blowing cold. I bought some A/C manifold gauges and a vacuum pump so I can DIY. Before, the refrigerant would leak out in around 6 weeks. I vacuumed out the system, ran one 340g can of R134a first, then this Super Seal, then the remaining amount of R134a from a second can. I weighed all the cans before and after to know how much went in.
