This looks like it may work for what I need.

It is lightly constructed but looks like it will do. The outlets built in puzzled me for a bit, but I figured them out quickly enough (it looks like they are designed to accommodate US and UK plugs). I did not find the Velcro fasteners referenced in the instructions but I can fix that. I'll be using it for a field operation this weekend so look for an update after that.
