Happy Customer!
I just bought this door to fit a wall exit (has double hung door to gap the 3" frame). Prior to this brand I used a PS door (initials for prior brand).Over the course of a few years, the frame cracked because it was plastic, this frame is metal. I was constantly replacing doors trying to get them to latch during the harsh winters, or in the summer when flies were streaming in. These doors have a thermal (?) flap hung between them. The inside/outside hard door is metal, not plastic and the lock that holds it in place is second to none. It is duly noted that both brands of doors use the same flap, which in the past becomes brittle with cold and needs to be replaced, but time will tell once we are into winter. I will update again, if something changes in Winter.

Tough door
After months of owning this dog door I can honestly say it is tough! Our 38 lb Corgi boy is like a freight train going in and out and it is holding up amazingly. Whenever he thinks we are possibly going to go out to play ball he is out and in if we don’t follow him and then out and in again and again!! He is so funny. Just wanted to give kudos to a very well made product. We highly recommend. Totally worth the money.

Love this dog doors.
Been using these dog doors for about 5 years now. We just moved into a new house and I installed this one. They definitely made some improvements. Having the weighted pad in the middle for sure helps keep the wind from blowing the flaps in. The install process is straight forward. The only issue you have is finding the right place to install it that works with the structure of your home. You will want to get insulation strips for the outside. We have a blue heeler, Aussie, and a cat. All three use it no issues. Makes life so much better when you don’t have to worry about going and letting the dogs out if you get caught at work longer than expected.

Excellent Doggie Door
When we moved into a new house I needed a new doggie door. When I shopped for them locally I was amazed at the high cost. I found this one on Amazon for a good price and when it was installed have been very pleased. It’s been up for six months and we haven’t had any problems with leaks or breaks. It fit in an exterior wall well and was no more difficult to install than any other. I also like the sliding door and that it has a lock.

Cats use it over 20 times a day.
Pretty good quality, knocked out a start because the door hangs to the left.I didn't care for the instruction, so that should tell you how easy it is to install.I had to to cut through drywall and stucco. But don't worry, I messed up, but decided to include the picture where I started to drill a hole and ended up hitting a stud.I ended up painting the wall again inside and putting caulking around the door edge from the inside and outside.I ended up using drywall screws from the inside, and tapcon screws for the outside. From the outside, the cats walk into a cage. Right below the cage they have their cat litter. I included a picture but obviously I didn't take a picture of the cat litter below... It's a little messy because it wasn't the final job but I just wanted to get this review out there.I ended up using a diamond blade to cut outside, And a multi-tool for the drywall and floor casing.Good luck..

Good quality
I have very thick walls, so much appreciated that this accommodated that just fine. First cat doors for my cats, but it didn't them long to figure out. Good build quality, and I think it will last a good while. I know this will wear out at some point, though, so ordering another one to have a replacement. Installed some cat doors in my last house when they eventually broke I couldn't find a replacement that fit the permanent hole in my house.

Love it
Was very easy to install and had it installed in around an hour. The dogs have had no issue going in and out of it. It has cut down on the heating and cooling bill from the sliding glass door one I used to have. It's light weight and the flaps seal every time they go in and out.

Very sturdy for my tank of a dog
I had bought this metal one to replace a plastic one that my dog had broken. Very easy to change out. Much sturdier then the plastic one. I like the 3 flaps because it gets windy where I live and it helps keep the wind from coming thru. Would buy again
