Best OTC pain reliever
I’ve been suffering with bad knees. I can hardly walk and I can’t sleep at night because of the pain. I tried Ibuprofen 800 and it barely touched the pain. I remember hearing about Aleve being a good pain pill but it’s expensive. So I looked on Amazon for a cheaper product. I’m glad I did. The pill is small and easy to swallow. This pill allows me to sleep without waking up in pain. I can also walk better. The pain in my knees is at least 80% less! And you only need one pill that lasts for around 12 hours. If you’re in pain, please give this a try.

It's Naproxen which is the Al*** Generic, it has a lover half life so you get about 10 hours or so .
