I found these guys on Instagram many months ago and have not gone back to my earlier detergent since.The only con: My detergent bottle, as well as the refill pack leaked during transit. As a first time consumer, I wasn't even sure if it leaked enough, but in hindsight, it definitely did. The bottle cap has also had a crack over time, which is not a big deal, but it definitely goes to show that the packaging needs to be better. Especially since the products are shipped without any additional lids or cover.Pros:It smells great. It's mild and although not exactly like lavender, it's the most palatable lavender scent that I've come across. Putting clothes out to dry is an olfactory treat.Quality is good. Both sweat and musty smells are no longer a problem. I have a couple tees that had permanent sweat stains n stench. This has helped to reduce that drastically. (Personal hygiene works best).I like that it's plant based and that it's eco certified. Although a minor percentage of my clothes are still poly based, it definitely helps to reduce the amount of noxious chemicals that I leak into the waste water. I have pets and enzyme based cleaners work great on their spills. Plus, they are safe.A little heavy on the pocket compared to conventional detergents but very competitive pricing in the new age safe detergent market.

I tried it for my parents clothes as they used to get smelly due to urine smell particularly in the rainy season and found it to be excellent,The intense clean formula works very well

I was looking for a liquid detergent for my topload machine. I ordered a couple of different detergents (just experimenting). This product is by far the best. I leaves your clothes clean, fragrant and soft. But for middle class people like me it's heavy on the pocket.so this was my first and only order.But the experience was good. Thank you.

It is a very good product rather than pronowned any other branded product. I buy it for 3rd time, very satisfying smell too. It seriously it lasts long.

At first use I was like "No I will not buy it again the fragrance is very strong. " But I found it quite wonderful when I soaked my daughter's heaviled soiled clothes as she crawls. It was easy to clean the pre soaked clothes in puer detergent, result was awesome.

smells great. cleans average. clothes does not retain nice smell after a wash. only to be happy that it says its environment friendly. I was hoping to switch to it, but i will hold off on that.

It was the bottle shapre that got me curious about Puer, even though it's about 50% more expensive than your regular Surf Excel.Have used it once so far & the fragrance is quite incredible. My room was also fragrant for a long time - not sure if it's coz of opening the bottle or from the clothes after wash.For now, it makes me want to find an excuse to wash more clothes. I think this is quite a good brand.Hope my opinion remains that way after more washes!
