How is the lip, is it thin or thick, does tea stain the inside?? Thanks Folks

I do not feel the lip is too thin ... if you hand wash the cup the tea stain comes right out, however, if you run it through the dishwasher I still see the tea stain inside the cup. Just my experience ...
