the ball is solid and the spikes are firm, feels nice to grip and squeeze, 5 stars for sure.Roller is strong but the spikes are less sharp and both the ends are not screwed to the spike bar, rather nailed, coming loose after a strong foot roll on the floor, I reinforced with superglue, have to see how it works, 3.5 stars for the roller. Overall worth the money, sure buy.

It's just perfectly fine, each of points are sharp which actually would have been. It helps me control even my blood pressure and sugar levels besides other beneficial aspects. One must buy.

Ball is good, rod is bad, imperfect cuts, old rotting wood

Late delivery, quality of the product is below average,rod shaped one don't have sharp spikes as the ball one,but while using the product it feels good and effective.so i decided to keep it.keep all the above points in mind and make ur decision
