This item won't fit land rovers that have the sliver metal tie-down. If you look closely at the item photos you can see its of poor quality photo bit it also looks like the hook was broken to "fit" the tie-down.

I bought this for my Land Rover 2018 Discovery Sport. The size of the net, unstretched, is about 34x12 inches It expands to about 46 inches (max) length. No expansion on the height. The hooks were useless and would not mount to the floor rings...the hooks were too small. I had to buy a few extra (separate) cargo net hooks... which as you can see in the photos, work pretty well after you remove the hooks from the net. I'll most likely purchase a larger 48x15 inch net and move this smaller net to the rear of the cargo area up against the seat.
